Woman faces drink-driving charges after Littlehampton crash


A 27-year-old woman faces a summons for drink-driving after being arrested following a three car collision in Littlehampton on Friday evening (October 30).

Just after 9.30pm, a car collided with two parked, unattended vehicles in Surrey Street, knocking them across the road and causing extensive damage to all three.

A significant amount of debris and engine fluids were strewn across the carriageway.

A woman was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and was also taken to hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

She was later de-arrested and will be reported for summons.
