A SUSPECT linked with the supply of class A drugs in Worthing is still on the run from police after six years.
Christopher Brown is still being sought as part of an investigation dating back to 2009.
Brown was named by national charity Crimestoppers as it marked ten years of its most-wanted website by flagging up each area’s sought-after suspects and offenders.
Crimestoppers said: “Christopher Oral Brown is aged 36 and is also known as Macho and Uncle.
“He is wanted in connection with a drugs operation which took place between May and June, 2009.
“Brown is wanted specifically on suspicion for offences relating to the supply of class A drugs in Worthing, West Sussex.
“He is male however does sometimes disguise himself as female.”
According to Crimestoppers, he is believed to visit Worthing as well as other coastal towns, having travelled down from London.
He was described as being aged between 35 and 40, and between 165-170cm tall (approximately five feet and six inches). He is of Afro-Caribbean appearance and stocky, with a short, afro hair style.
He has a scar to the left of his face below his left ear that is approximately two-inches long. He also has a scar to his right arm. His left eye was described as either squinting or drooping such that his eyelid almost covers his eye so that it is almost closed.
Since the website’s launch it has had a huge impact: 12,524 appeals have been listed and 3,589 arrests made.
