NEW facilities for the town’s commercial fishing fleet are proposed by Littlehampton Harbour Board.
The new ‘hub’ would be provided alongside the River Arun at Quayside, off Bridge Road.
Plans for the scheme are among the latest planning applications submitted to Arun District Council in the Gazette area, which also include:

EAST PRESTON: conversion of eight single garages into four holiday apartments, rear of 115-117 Sea Road.
FORD: steplift, concrete platform, handrails and brick upstand to side access door, 19 The Willows, Ford Road.
LITTLEHAMPTON: change of use of launderette to an apartment (this application affects the character and appearance of the Littlehampton seafront conservation area), Washer Woman, 16 Western Road.
