Nathan Smith, 38, of Hurstfield, Lancing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on September 24, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jose Agrela, 19, of Hill Road, Littlehampton, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Bridge Road, Littlehampton, on October 4, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Sarra Chiswell, 31, of Brighton Road, Lancing, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in New Road, Worthing, on October 2, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Dean Ettridge, 22, of Crabtree Lane, Lancing, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A259 Brighton on October 4, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Brian Hughes, 81, of Kings Road, Lancing, was fined £200 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on November 4, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Lee Colwell, 40, of Maybridge Square, Goring, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting threatening to damage a house in Worthing on December 12, 2020; and possessing cocaine, a class A drug, at Worthing Custody Centre on December 12, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Matthew Hulse, 41, of Sylvan Road, Sompting, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay a total of £180 compensation after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Test Road, Sompting, on July 31, 2020; and assault in Test Road, Sompting, on July 31, 2020. He was also given a restraining order.

Konstantin Tulgovets, 29, of Gloucester Road, Littlehampton, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of having an offensive weapon, a baton, in Taylors Close, Yapton, on January 22, 2020. He was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, and disqualified from driving for 12 months after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Yapton on January 22, 2020. He also admitted driving without the correct licence and driving without insurance in Taylors Close, Yapton, on January 22, 2020, no separate penalties. He must pay £122 victim surcharge.

Catherine McCann, 35, c/o Langbury Lane, Ferring, was fined £50 and must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend telephone appointments on February 4 and March 4, 2021.

Kamil Nowakowski, 24, of Offington Lane, Worthing, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting failing to stop after an accident in which personal injury and damage was caused to another person and another vehicle in New Church Road, Hove, on July 19, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting driving without insurance. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Kevin Brown, 38, of Annandale Avenue, Bognor Regis, was jailed for 18 weeks after admitting driving while disqualified on the A27 Fontwell on November 23, 2019. He was jailed for 18 weeks to run concurrently after admitting making a false statement, taking out an insurance policy after a collision and then making a claim on that policy. He was jailed for 18 weeks to run concurrently after admitting using a licence with intent to deceive in Littlehampton between October 28, 2019, and November 5, 2019. He must pay £128 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for three years. He also admitted driving without insurance, and driving without due care and attention, no separate penalties.

Devon French, 61, of Wembley Avenue, Lancing, was fined £103 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Lancing on August 18, 2020.

James Brooks, 37, of West Walberton Lane, Walberton, was fined £1,346 and must pay £135 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting having articles for use in connection with theft, namely metal detectors and shovels, in Stopham on August 17, 2020.

Crystal Brazil, 34, of Eastergate Lane, Walberton, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting harassment, leaving two abusive voicemails including threats to burn her house down on October 28, 2020. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Travis Pearcey, 36, of Warwick Street, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (43mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Aldsworth Avenue, Worthing, on September 18, 2020; and taking a vehicle without consent and before it was recovered, an accident occurred causing injury to another person in Worthing on September 18, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 16 months. He also admitted driving without the correct licence and driving without insurance, no separate penalties.

Joshua Hale, 24, of Samphire Drive, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting having an offensive weapon, a knuckle duster, in Palatine Park, Goring, on January 30, 2021. He also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, at Worthing Custody Centre on January 30, 2021, no separate penalty. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Norman Mullock, 57, of Foxglove Walk, Worthing, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting having a folding pocket knife without good reason in Foxglove Walk, Worthing, on January 30, 2021. He was given a four-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting drink-driving (144mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Foxglove Walk, Worthing, on January 30, 2021. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

Kathleen Warren, 24, of Helyers Green, Littlehampton, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting jointly possessing 43g of cannabis, a class B drug, in Horsham on August 30, 2019. She must pay £122 victim surcharge.
