Damone Mogre, 54, of Brighton Road, Lancing, was fined £921 and must pay £92 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A270 at Holmbush, Shoreham, on January 18, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Lewis Freeman, 22, of Varey Road, Worthing, was fined £219 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (2.7ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Old Shoreham Road, Lancing, on July 23, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Kallum Offen-Ives, 24, of Bulkington Avenue, Worthing, was fined £133 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drug-driving limit (468ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Tarring Road, Worthing, on August 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Mark Preston, 53, of Boundary Road, Worthing, was fined £462 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on December 24, 2019. He was fined £40 after admitting driving without the correct licence in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on December 24, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Sophie Wise, 21, of Hinchliff Drive, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for laboratory test when required in Littlehampton on December 17, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jade-Ella Giles, 19, of Rectory Court, Arundel Close, Shoreham, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (92mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Church Lane, Sompting, on May 19, 2020. She was fined £80 after admitting drug-driving (3.9ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Church Lane, Sompting, on May 19, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Vinnie Rubano, 24, of Markwick Mews, Worthing, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in North Street, Worthing, on January 3, 2021. He was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in North Street, Worthing, on January 3, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for five months.

Charlie Hannett, 38, of Badgers Walk, Chichester, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting harassment, following the victim, attending her home and looking in her windows between May 8 and 24, 2020. He also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Yapton on May 23, 2020, no separate penalty. He was also given a restraining order, banning him from entering Yapton, and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jacqueline McCurdy, 54, of Ashacre Court, Ashacre Lane, Worthing, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, coughing in his face and stating she had Covid, at Bournemouth Custody Centre on October 17, 2020. She must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Benito Salvia, 32, of Selden Road, Worthing, was given a community order with Thinking Skills programme requirement and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting having a blade, a pair of scissors, in High Street, Worthing, without good reason on December 8, 2020.

Jacek Musial, 45, of Joyce Close, Littlehampton, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting having a knife in Joyce Close, Littlehampton, without good reason on September 20, 2019; and assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Littlehampton on September 20, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £250 costs.

Jordan Luxford, 21, of Angola Road, Worthing, was fined £60 and must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on October 14 and 21, 2020.

Chelsea Mower, 20, of Kingston Lane, Shoreham, was discharged conditionally for eight months and must pay £25 compensation after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Southwick on June 14, 2020. She also admitted wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty in Southwick on June 14, 2020, no separate penalty. She must pay £22 victim surcharge, £60 costs.

John Fryatt, 78, of Parham Close, Rustington, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £28 costs, after admitting having a black-handled knife without good reason in Littlehampton on October 21, 2020.

Jonathan Sibley, 53, of Byron Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £750 costs, after being found guilty of assault by beating in Worthing on March 14, 2020.

Liane Scutt, 50, of Greenfields, Littlehampton, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £400 costs, after being found guilty of using a hand-held mobile phone while driving in Arundel Road, Littlehampton, on June 6, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Tasmin Woodroffe, 22, of Post View, Storrington, was fined £244 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (42mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Henfield Road, Upper Beeding, on August 8, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
