Louise Pranskus, 41, of The Birches, West Chiltington, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (70mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Oxen Avenue, Shoreham, on February 21, 2021. She was disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Gary Hocking, 33, of Millfield, Sompting, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend induction appointments on December 11 and 31, 2020. The community order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement for stealing meat worth £33.57 from Tesco Express, South Farm Road, Worthing, on February 27, 2020; stealing £150 in cash in Test Road, Sompting, on January 21, 2020; assault in Worthing on August 23, 2019; and assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by kicking her in Worthing on August 23, 2019.

Victor Birladeanu, 38, of Broadwater Road, Worthing, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Terringes Avenue, Worthing, on March 5, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Finley Bailey, 21, of Teville Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Winchester Road, Worthing, on November 14, 2020. He must pay £300 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Layla Ganley, 27, c/o Gloucester Place, Littlehampton, was fined £66 and must pay £105.55 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, after admitting causing £105.60 damage to a police cell at Chichester Custody Centre on September 26, 2020.

Matthew Giles, 37, of Linfield Common Road, Lingfield, was fined £166 and must pay £200 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting causing £200 damage to a wing mirror in Arundel on December 21, 2020.

Emily Taylor, 33, of Orchard Avenue, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for three months and must pay £22 victim surcharge after admitting remaining in a flat in Shelley Road, Worthing, in contravention of a closure order issued by Brighton magistrates on May 4, 2020.

Lee Leggett, 33, of Beachcroft Place, Lancing, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting drink-driving (106mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chatsworth Road, Chichester, on October 3, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 48 months. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence and driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Alfie Anderson, 23, of Macnamara House, World’s End Passage, Kensington, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Littlehampton on October 20, 2020.

Jacob Guile, 28, of Tristram Close, Sompting, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £40 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Lancing on December 6, 2019.

Marcus McCauley, 42, of Arun Close, Rustington, was fined £200 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (17ug/l cocaine) in Lyminster Road, Lyminster, on July 21, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted drug-driving (greater than 200ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Lyminster Road, Lyminster, on July 21, 2020, no separate penalty.

Stephen Blyth, 53, of North Ham Road, Littlehampton, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Littlehampton on April 16, 2020. He was fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance on the A259 Rustington on April 16, 2020. He also admitted driving without the correct licence, no separate penalty. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months due to repeat offending.

Bradie Thomson, 32, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, was given a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering The Co-op, Ham Road, Worthing, on February 19, 2021. He was given nine 26-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, and must pay a total of £259.95 compensation after admitting two charges of breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering The Co-op, Ham Road, Worthing, on February 24 and 27, 2021; stealing household and food items worth £80 from The Co-op, Field Place, Worthing, on February 24, 2021; stealing drinks from The Co-op, Ham Road, Worthing, on February 27, 2021; stealing lager worth £5.50 from McColls, Broadwater Road, Worthing, on March 2, 2021; breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering The Co-op, New Broadway, Worthing, on March 2, 2021; stealing items worth £31.95 from The Co-op, New Broadway, Tarring, on March 2, 2021; breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering The Co-op, Queens Parade, Lancing, on March 6, 2021; stealing goods worth £142.50 from The Co-op, Queens Parade, Lancing, on March 6, 2021.

Matthew Day, 47, of Timberleys, Littlehampton, was fined £116 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Brighton Road, Shoreham, on December 9, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Liam Kilroy, 37, of Riverbank, Shoreham, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on October 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Thomas Miller-Wells, 21, of Church Walk, East Worthing, was fined £230 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving over the 30mph speed limit in Lewes Road, Brighton, at the junction with Coldean Lane on September 14, 2020.
