Constantin-Alex Pamfile, 26, of Rowlands Road, Worthing, was fined £266 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence on the M23 Crawley on April 19, 2020. His driving licence was endorsed with three points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Jack Fletcher, 27, of The Drive, Southwick, was fined £507 and must pay £51 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (88mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Upper Brighton Road, Lancing, on March 5, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Andrew Loraine, 55, of Pinehurst Park, Aldwick, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Shoreham on March 12, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Dovile Narutyte, 31, of Tarring Road, Worthing, was fined £56 and must pay £34 victim surcharge after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Teville Road, Worthing, on March 9, 2021.

Charlie Wilson, 24, of Kings Road, Lancing, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (74mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Fontwell on March 26, 2021; failing to stop after an accident in which damage was caused to a lamppost on the A27 Fontwell on March 26, 2021; and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Fontwell on March 26, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He also admitted using a vehicle with substantial accident damage, involving a danger of injury to another person, on the A27 Fontwell on March 26, 2021, no separate penalty.

Jason Davies, 36, of St Aubyns Road, Fishersgate, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing herbal cannabis, a class B drug, in Hurstfield, Lancing, on October 12, 2020.

Luke Chandler, 25, of Winterbury Way, Littlehampton, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £300 after admitting drug-driving (181ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Water Lane, Angmering, on August 25, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Stuart Muggeridge, 41, of Ilex Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £367 and must pay £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (36ug/l cocaine) in Sompting Road, at the junction with the A27 in Worthing, on April 14, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Cidney Greenshields, 27, of Byron Road, Worthing, was fined £60 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £300 costs, after being found guilty of stealing clothing worth £87.94 from TK Maxx, Chichester, on December 12, 2019. She was fined £60 after being found guilty of stealing two bottles of gin worth £50 from Marks and Spencer, Chichester, on January 29, 2020. She was fined £60 after being found guilty of stealing alcohol worth £50 from Morrisons Bognor Regis on April 29, 2020. She admitted failing to surrender to custody at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 13, 2021, no separate penalty.

Keith Smith, 52, of Avalon Way, Worthing, was fined £80 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Lewes Road, Brighton, on November 14, 2019. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Daniel Loveday, 35, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Thinking Skills programme requirement and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner in Worthing on August 3, 2020.

Jackson Cann, 39, of Garden Close, Shoreham, was given a ten-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting stealing a bottle of wine worth £6.25 from The Co-op, High Street, Shoreham, on March 16, 2021; stealing a case of Kopperberg worth £11 from The Co-op, High Street, Shoreham, on March 21, 2021; stealing seven packs of steak and six packs of salmon worth £52 from The Co-op, High Street, Shoreham, on March 22, 2021; and stealing four Stella Artois worth £5.50 from Tesco, Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham, on March 24, 2021.

Dean Haggerty, 46, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend office appointments on March 5 and 12, 2021, and a telephone appointment on March 22, 2021. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order and the orders were varied to include an additional two days’ rehabilitation activity requirement. He admitted breaching supervision requirements following release from prison, no action taken.

Craig Payne 47, of Pier Road, Littlehampton, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order by failing to attend appointments on November 10 and 17, 2020. The order was varied to include an additional three days’ rehabilitation activity requirement.

Michael Carew, 26, of The Old Mill, River Road, Arundel, was fined £496 and must pay £49 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (85mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) on the A27 Arundel on September 13, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Muminul Islam, 28, of Avis Square, Tower Hamlets, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (2.8ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Warren Road, Worthing, on May 25, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Hayley Kinsey, 28, of Langton Road, Worthing, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (2.3ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Sackville Road, Worthing, on September 19, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Stephen Lawson, 49, of Beach Road, Littlehampton, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £40 after admitting stealing three 1litre bottles of Bell’s whisky from Morrisons Littlehampton on July 15, 2020. He was fined £40 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 cost.

Adrian Cowell, 51, of Purbeck Place, Littlehampton, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Heene Place, Worthing, on March 20, 2021. He was fined £200 after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Heene Place, Worthing, on March 20, 2021.

Mark Salter, 34, of The Wardley Hotel, Somerhill Avenue, Hove, must pay £115.96 compensation after admitting stealing cosmetics worth £115.96 from Boots, Littlehampton, on October 31, 2020.

Aaron Boyle, 22, of Adelaide Square, Shoreham, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Shoreham on January 21, 2021.

Zak Ridgeway, 22, of Purbeck Place, Littlehampton, must pay £240.10 compensation after admitting causing £240.10 damage to a front door belonging to Turning Tides in Littlehampton on November 17, 2020.

Mark Brennan, 31, of Canterbury Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (7.0ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Ringmer Road, Worthing, on October 9, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Daniel Johnson, 28, of Sutherland Close, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (60ug/l cocaine) in Charles Purley Way, Bognor Regis, on June 10, 2020. He also admitted two further charges of drug-driving (800ug/l benzoylecgonine and 3.2ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Charles Purley Way, Bognor Regis, on June 10, 2020, no separate penalties. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
