90 new homes for Angmering?

Plans to build up to 90 homes and a care home in Angmering have been submitted to Arun District Council.

The application to construct the homes on land west of Brook Lane also includes plans for a railway crossing and car parking. The application is a departure from the development plan.

Also among the latest batch of planning applications released by the council is a request to convert a doctors surgery into two houses.

The surgery, in East Street in Littlehampton, would be changed into a four-bedroom house and a three-bedroom house.

Members of the public can view the full list of applications and make their views heard by visiting the council website.
