WORTHING RAIDERS Rugby Club suffered their ninth defeat from 10 National League 3 South matches on Saturday (November 15) at Canterbury.
Raiders lost 35-17 and stay second from bottom in the table.
Matt Farnes and Tom Sargeant touched down Worthing's tries, which were both converted by Tom Wells, who also kicked a penalty.
Worthing captain Jody Levett said: "We played much bette
r and there were some real positives to take out of the game, but it's another loss which is disappointing."
Raiders remain five points ahead of bottom-of-the-table Havant, who lost 34-5 at home to Henley, and are two points adrift of third-bottom Chinnor, who lost 46-26 at Ealing.
