A FAMILIAR fixture will tip off Worthing Thunder's maiden BBL season. They are at home to Plymouth Raiders on Saturday, September 27.
Thunder receive Newcastle Eagles in their second match, also at home, the Saturday afterwards, on October 4. Home league matches will be on Saturdays at the hour-earlier time of 7pm, or on Sundays at 5pm.

Some away matches will be on Friday evenings - at Newcastle, Everton Tigers, Worcester Wolves and Sheffield Sharks. Several times a home match follows on the next day.

They will be away to Leicester Riders in the BBL Cup on October 18, the winners away to Plymouth on Wednesday, October 29, an apparent one-offinstance of a midweek match. The final will be at Birmingham NIA on January 18.

The Trophy competition starts in January. Thunder are drawn home and away in a group with Plymouth and Worcester - both, ironically, recent fomer EBL teams also. The final will be at Guildford Spectrum on March 15.
