Karen Finneran, co-founder, said: “We are opening our doors to show everybody the facilities and to meet the coaching squad and teams. Please tell your friends, family and work colleagues - everybody is welcome.

“Maybe you know somebody who may wish to join and become a team member (no experience necessary), either competing or just for fun? Perhaps you are looking for a safe venue for a child’s party or maybe to hold a Zumba class? Come and see the facilities we may be able to help.

“Either way, just pop by have a cuppa and say hello, we would love to meet you all.”
