ACTIVITY DAY: In Southwick

PEOPLE who are interested in becoming more active, trying a new sport or meeting new people have been invited to a free 50+ Activity Day.
A variety of activities will be available for the over-50s at Southwick Leisure Centre, from 10am to 3pm on Wednesday, July 1.

Badminton, short-mat bowls, table tennis, indoor curling, tennis, short tennis and keep fit and gym sessions will all b
e on offer at the Impulse Leisure-run centre.

There will also be free health and beauty treatments available, and instructors will be on hand to offer support and advice.

There's is no need to book and people are invited to simply turn up on the day.
