What's so wrong with seagulls?

I've been reading with interest the great Worthing seagull saga in our letters pages in recent weeks.

What do you think about them?

Personally, I think Worthing and other seaside towns would be sadder places without them and when I go to the seaside in other parts of the world with no seagulls, I miss them!
