ALL the work and development put into Worthing town centre will make no difference; NCP is in control.
We don't need a chief executive or any other chiefs (letter, Ian Lowrie).

What we do need is a council with guts to say enough is enough and use all the millions made out of parking fines to buy out NCP.

Another nine years and people will hav
e deserted the town, they will not return to be ripped off a second time.

Once bitten, twice shy.
