Mullets took the lead in the third round tie through Rory Biggs but two goals around the hour mark moved Langney ahead.

Paul Weatherby equalised on 58 minutes, before Shane Saunders put the hosts ahead four minutes later.

Harry Russell scored his 11th goal of the season to draw Mullets level on 66 minutes but Paul Rogers got Langney’s winner 15 minutes from time.
