MATT PRIOR smashed 137 in Sussex's six-wicket win over Somerset in the Pro40 League at Arundel on Sunday.
Chasing 243 to win, Prior struck 12 fours and three sixes from 123 balls before he was bowled off the first ball of the final over, with four needed to win.

Dwayne Smith and Murray Goodwin then guided Sussex home with two balls to spare.

Luke Wright had earlier scored 40 and skipper Chris Adams 36 for Sussex.

Somerset struck 242-7 from their 40 overs. Marcus Trescothick, dropped by Adams at first slip on one, went on to score 91 from 94 balls, with nine fours.

Zander de Bruyn also hit an unbeaten 70, and Arul Suppiah crashed 30 from just 12 deliveries.
