LETTER: Twiddling thumbs

Do our doctors sit twiddling their thumbs for 15 minutes when a patient fails to turn up for an appointment?

Calculating the fine that can be charged – if the Government has its way – I doubt it.

They see the patients that have arrived and then get on with other business, if they have time.
