County council questionnaire is asking wrong questions?

It has just taken me around 30 minutes to complete the county council on-line questionnaire.

Is that really practical? How many will give up part way through?

The survey focuses on the waste sites which, although understandable, don’t offer a choice of what I want from my county council services.

Waste versus libraries might be controversial but how about a review of the cost of the democratic process; why two county council centres (Chichester and Horsham) for such a small county and then the additional parish support network.

I want services that work for me and my community and do not want elements picked off without a review of the total service package which has to include the bureaucratic overhead.
