Article in the Worthing Herald boosted attendance

On behalf of Transition Town Worthing Eco Open Houses team, I would like to thank you for putting an article in the Worthing Herald about the press launch for this event.

I am sure it always helps to boost numbers when people read about community events in your paper and our numbers doubled from last year (679 against 349), so I’m sure it contributed to more people finding out about it.

The event was organised by our community to help people not only save money on energy and water bills but also to help prevent flooding and support the environment, all of which is very pertinent at this time.

It is hoped that we will be putting on another of these events in the future so if any of your readers would like us to include their business or home in our next trail, please contact us at [email protected]
