SCORES of elves tackled a gruelling festive assault course in Worthing today (Saturday, November 29).
This weekend saw the return of Guild Care’s Christmas Pudding Race which is now celebrating its second year.
And with blissful sunshine overhead and unseasonably warm temperatures, the race day, in South Street Square, couldn’t have been any better.
Competitors from across the town took part in three disciplines; the team race, individual sprint and the precarious and tricky two-pudding challenge.
There were plenty of spills and thrills and perhaps a few sore bottoms but no real injuries for any of the festive fundraisers.
The money raised will help Guild Care, which supports people from across Littlehampton, Worthing and Shoreham.
