Video shows moment Arun District Council boards up house

THE MOMENT the first house in Sussex was boarded up by a council for anti-social behaviour has been captured on film.

Arun District Council and Sussex Police received landmark permission from Chichester magistrates on Friday (June 5) to board up 31, Ash Grove, Bognor Regis, following alleged anti-social behaviour.

The ruling comes under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

The house is now closed for three months and anyone entering risks being prosecuted.
