A SEARCH has been launched for D-Day veterans in or around Arundel to tell their wartime tales.
Four or five veterans, who would be willing to be interviewed about their experiences in front of an audience, are needed.
They would take centre stage at an event at Arundel Museum later this year.
“This would be a tribute to these brave men and a chance for them to share their stories and for the audience to have the great privilege of listening to them,” said museum volunteer Mark Phillips, who is arranging the event to be held in mid-July. “I plan to finish off the evening with a one-minute silence as a tribute to those brave veterans no longer with us.”
If you know of anyone who would be able and willing to be involved, please email Mark at email@example.com with contact details.
