Snow and ice have closed a major West Sussex road which has already been blocked twice this morning.
The A29 is closed at Bury Hill, between the Whiteways Lodge roundabout with the A284 road to Arundel, and The Hollow, at the foot of the hill, in Bury.
An earlier accident involving an oil tanker and a van on the A29 at Slindon, at the junction of Shellbridge Lane, has left the road blocked, but another crash further south on the A29, at Eastergate, has now been cleared and the road has reopened there.
