DEVELOPERS have submitted revised plans for two new houses already under construction at Angmering.

Hargreaves Management Ltd, of Worthing Road, Rustington, says the changes proposed in its planning application to Arun District Council would improve the appearance of the proposed homes at West Drive, on the Ham Manor estate.

Arun approved the houses in February, 2007, but building work began only in September, 2011. Now fresh plans have been submitted to complete the properties, of a similar size and in a similar position to the original proposals, but with changes to the materials used and design details.

The new application is in the latest list submitted to Arun in the Gazette area, which also includes:

ANGMERING: shed/garden room, Bow Cottage, High Street. Also, listed building consent application for same.

ARUNDEL: retention of timber shed, 4 Orchard Place.

Front, rear and side extension with rear terrace at first floor level, oak frame porch to front elevation (re-submission of AB/138/14/HH – re-advertisement due to substitute plans), Kemps Barn, Queen’s Lane.

Rear dormer window and single-storey rear extension (re-submission, following AB/96/14/HH), 37 King Street. Also, listed building consent application for internal alterations (re-submission following AB/97/14/L).

Listed building consent application for internal alterations and new window, 61 Maltravers Street.

EASTERGATE: two non-illuminated notice boards, at the corner of Nyton Road and Church Lane, Eastergate and on the wall of the Co-Op, The Square, Barnham.

Three-bedroom detached house to replace part of annexe, Tarente House, 111 Barnham Road, Barnham.

EAST PRESTON: demolish house and replace with two semis, 3 The Street.

Front, side and rear extensions (re-submission following EP/112/14/HH), 19 Selborne Way.

Single-storey side extension, detached garage and reinstatement of vehicle crossover, 2 Saxon Close.

New landscape garden, with swimming pool, sheds, fence, driveway and planting, Angmering Lodge, South Strand.

LITTLEHAMPTON: vary condition 11 of planning consent LU/159/89/ relating to use of garage as a habitable room, 17 Trinity Way.

Two separate applications to raise the height of front boundary wall to 1.5m (re-submission of LU/285/14/HH), 11 and 13 Irvine Road.

POLING: two-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension under green/sedum roof, 3 Arundel Road.

RUSTINGTON: ground floor extension, 1 Byron Road.

Ground floor kitchen extension and garage extension, rebuild porch, and reconfigure study/storeroom, 3 Overstrand Avenue.

Remove rear conservatory and replace with a single-storey lean-to pitched roof extension, 9 Blenheim Drive.

Alterations to front elevation, 22 Cudlow Avenue.

Various new signs, Pets at Home, New Road.

New dormers, rear extension and replacement detached garage (re-submission following R/302/14/HH), Quoyness, 15 Botany Road.

Replace external self-service machine, HSBC, 144-46 The Street.

WALBERTON: application for lawful development certificate for residential use of Church Farm Bungalow site, Binsted Lane, Binsted.

YAPTON: three Velux windows, one new door, changes to other doors and windows, new slate roof for conservatory, Stancomb, Hobbs Court, Bilsham Road.
