Have your say

This summer the CCG is going to be out and about talking to people about local health services and how they could be improved.

Your views will help us to shape some big projects that we are working on over the next year.

Let’s Talk about... stroke prevention – did you know that 70 per cent of strokes are preventable?

Healthy eating, diet, avoiding smoking and alcohol can really help you avoid a stroke.

We are looking at our stroke services across Sussex and how we could make them even better.

Let’s Talk about... Coastal Care – the CCG has a bold ambition for our local NHS services and making integrated care a reality for our population.

We would like to talk with you about this and hear your views on how we can achieve this ambition.

You can watch our Coastal Care animation on our website

Let’s talk about... The primary and urgent care survey – in 2015 we asked people to tell us their views about visiting your doctor, and using urgent care services, and we heard from 6,000 people online, by phone and by post.

If you filled it out, come and compare your ideas with other people’s response – if you didn’t come and let us know what you think and add your voice!

You won’t be able to miss us as we are using our large blackboard for you to add comments on to help enable us to shape your health services for the future.

We really hope to talk to as many people as possible over the coming weeks.

So, check out our website to see when we’re going to be in a town or village near you – www.coastalwestsussexccg.nhs.uk
