TWO people are being treated in hospital with serious injuries after a car and a bike collided on the A27 near Poling yesterday (March 12).

Police were called to the A27 near the junction with Poling after a black MG and a silver Suzuki motorcycle collided at around 3.35pm as they both travelled eastbound.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 31-year-old woman from East Preston, and his pillion rider, a 31-year-old woman also from East Preston, were both taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton with serious injuries.
