Planning applications for Arun

PLANS have been submitted to convert an office in Arundel into a medical surgery.

The application, submitted to Arun District Council, seeks a change of use from office space to medical use in Tarrant Street.

Angmering:

Install a temporary single-storey Portakabin modular building to be used as nursery accommodation for a period of three years at Worthing Rugby Club, Roundstone Lane.

Arundel:

Application for the approval of details reserved by condition one and three of previously approved listed building consent: schedule of repair and replacement windows and re-pointing details at Bond Street.

Barnham:

West Sussex County Council has submitted an application for approval of reserved matters following outline approval for demolition of all existing structures, and a redevelopment with 86 dwellings at Angel’s Nursery, Yapton Road.

Demolition of existing two-storey detached house and construction of two semi-detached dwellings with flood preventative measures at Lake Lane.

Yapton:

Application for listed building consent for amendment to previous approvals for conversion of farm buildings to three residential dwellings at Hobbs Court, Bilsham Road.
