Littlehampton Concert Band in for a festive flurry of shows

FESTIVE tunes will be ringing out across the area this month.

Littlehampton Concert Band has announced its full Christmas line-up, this week, and it’s certainly a busy schedule.

Tomorrow (Sunday, December 8), the band will be performing two concerts at the Windmill Entertainment Centre.

The matinée show is at 3pm and will primarily be for children with some familiar Christmas tunes and even a possible visit of a very special gentleman, in a red coat and with a white beard.

The evening concert at 7.30pm will have some old classics and standards for audiences to sing along and tap their feet to.

Tickets available from the Windmill theatre box office on 01903 722224.

On Thursday (December 12), the band will be playing for the Littlehampton Rotary Club of Littlehampton at their annual carol service at St Mary’s Church Littlehampton.

This starts at 7pm. Entry is free but there will be a retiring collection.

And on Saturday (December 14), the group will be supporting Rustington Parish Council at its annual Christmas evening at the Woodland Centre, in Woodlands Avenue, Rustington.

Entry is free and with the evening starting at 7.30pm.
