Arun District Council has released the latest batch of planning applications, which include the construction of a bungalow in a conservation area.
An application has been submitted to build a detached three-bedroom chalet bungalow with associated gravel driveway parking area, timber pergola and flint wall to southern boundary in The Street in Rustington.
This application affects the setting of a listed building and the character and appearance of the Rustington Conservation Area.
Also in Rustington, permission is requested to demolish a building and garage for a new car parking area in Ash Lane.
Approval is also sought to convert a garage in Willow Wood Close in Angmering to a habitatble room with a rear dormer roof extension.
The owner of The Chapel House in Ford Road in Arundel is seeking permission for a single-storey and two-storey extension.
An application to build a new two bay garage incorporating an open car port and artist’s studio has been submitted for a property in Tortington Lane in Arundel.
