Witness appeal following burglary

Witnesses are being asked to come forward after a house in Littlehampton was burgled on Sunday.

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a house in Kent Road, Littlehampton on Sunday, October 16.

Officers were called at about 10.30am after a man was seen walking out of the driveway and then running down Arundel Road, police say.

Items including a watch and a smart phone were stolen, a spokesperson for Sussex Police confirmed.

The suspect has been described as a white man, aged between 20 and 30, around 5ft 7ins and of slim build with light brown or blonde hair.

Detective constable Gavin Percival said: “If you saw anything suspicious or have any information regarding the identity of this suspect I would urge you to contact us.”

“Witnesses can email [email protected] or call 101 quoting serial 486 of 16/10.”
