Planning applications in Gazette area

EXTENSIONS to factories at Littlehampton and East Preston are among the latest planning applications submitted to Arun District Council in the Gazette area.

ANGMERING: new house, to replace mobile home (re-submission, following A/129/11), Foschini’s Nursery, Hangleton Lane, Ferring (this application is a departure from the development plan).

ANGMERING/EAST PRESTON: extension to factory, Vulcan Stove Enamelling Ltd, Station Road, East Preston. Also, separate application for non-illuminated fascia sign to front elevation for Vulcan Stove Enamelling Ltd. Both applications fall with Angmering and East Preston parishes.

ARUNDEL: renewal of unimplemented planning consent AB.70/09 for change of use of veterinary office and treatment room to residential dwelling, Arundel Equine Hospital, Tortington Lane (re-advertisement, due to amended description).

EASTERGATE: garage, 34 Downview Road, Barnham.

KINGSTON: two-storey extension and roof top extension, 67 Coastal Road, East Preston.

LITTLEHAMPTON: new shopfront and one externally-illuminated fascia sign, William Hill, 48 High Street. Separate application to install new shopfront and install air conditioning for William Hill premises.

Development of the existing production facility, including the vertical extension, to enable the installation of process vessels and increasing the storage capacity of the property, Becker Underwood, Modern Moulds Business Centre, Harwood Road.

Retrospective planning permission for a garage store, 13 Madehurst Way.

RUSTINGTON: reduce crown of an ilex tree by 2m, St Bridget’s Cheshire Home, Ilex Close.

WALBERTON: single-storey extension to enlarge the dining room and kitchen, separate rear extension to garage to form workshop, 7 Prime Close.

YAPTON: ground-floor alterations, with new first-floor en-suite bedroom extension, 2 Tack Lee Road.
