There are lots of outdoor volunteer roles available, and you could be helping other people to enjoy their surroundings too, whether it’s sprucing up the local facilities or helping people to get up close to nature.

Here are some of the opportunities that are available:

If you have a warm personality, good sense of humour, are able to talk to small children and have a good understanding of the ethos of the school; as well as good knowledge of gardening and an ability to perform light to medium out-door tasks, this might be the ideal role for you.

You must be over 18 for this role and a DBS check will be required.

General helpers/car drivers are needed to collect one or two members and bring them to the club and return them home.

Drivers are requested to use their own vehicle but mileage allowance will be paid.

If you have a clean driving licence and the ability to get on with people (patient with a good sense of humour and willingness to help people) they’d love to hear from you.
