TWO high-profile guests have agreed to put their weight behind the Observer and Gazette Business Awards.
Hero Phil Packer and Rolls Royce global communications manager Andrew Ball will both speak at the awards ceremony on April 4.
Mr Packer is well-known in the community for overcoming adversity after a serious spinal injury, as well as for his charity BRIT.
“I feel honoured to have been asked to speak at the Observer and Gazette Business Awards in association with the Chichester Chamber of Commerce and Industry,” he said.
“Exploring innovative and visionary ways of working together within West Sussex is vital to ensure the sustainability and success of both businesses and charities.
“I look forward to giving my support to the event and meeting all those businesses supporting the awards as well as those who are being recognised for their success this year.”
Mr Ball will be representing one of the biggest companies in the area, super-luxury car firm Rolls Royce.
The firm has just created 100 jobs in the area, and has reported growth in sales year-on-year.
He will talk about the brand and bring a bit of glamour to the event, with a presentation featuring the bespoke cars and how they are created.
The awards ceremony is set to be a hit, with Fred Dinenage presenting the gongs, and with a three-course meal, entertainment and a chance to network.
