TRAVELLING to London was anything but a pointless exercise for a firm of estate agents.

Comedian Alexander Armstrong, presenter of the popular BBC1 quiz show Pointless, presented the award for best agent in the south-east to Graham Butt Estate Agents at the annual conference of the Home Sale Network in London.

Grant Williams and Paul Wicks received the award from Alexander on behalf of Graham Butt, which has offices in Littlehampton, Rustington, Angmering and East Preston.

Said Grant: “For Graham Butt to have been firstly nominated as the best agent in the south-east by the Home Sale Network is recognition of the hard work and combined effort of all our members of staff.

“However, to have won the award is absolutely fantastic and we are proud and delighted to be the south-east’s best Network estate agent.”

Graham Butt also picked up a second honour at the event, the Customer Relocation Award which recognises members who have generated the greatest number of referrals and met a required success rate.

The network enables estate agents to refer clients looking for a property in another part of the country to members in that area.
