Reports of person trapped in crashed car

FIRE crews rushed to Cowfold this morning (Friday September 5), after reports that a person was trapped in a crashed car.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service say the accident, reported at 7.20am on the A272, involved a car and a tree.

Crews were sent from Partridge Green, Burgess Hill and Horsham.
