WE were saddened to see the very partisan letter from the Conservative group on Littlehampton Town Council regarding the further delay in rebuilding Littlehampton Hospital.
Up till now, all three parties and the independent member on the town council have been united in pressing for its completion as soon as possible.

Virtually all photos have included all groups, and the strength of feeling in the town has been evi
denced by all of us working together, with our MP, to get the work started.

It is not just the Conservative councillors (who do not even sit on any of the hospital working groups!) who are doing everything possible, but every single one of our town councillors, Liberal Democrat, Labour and Independent, as well as Tory.

Let us not split this united approach at a vital moment in our campaign.

Town councillors
Dr James Walsh (Liberal Democrat),
Mark Butler (Labour),
Malcolm Belchamber (Independent)
