IT seems to us that, as usual, the Liberals are facing every which way on the Eco-Town.
First, councillor Dr James Walsh speaks at the Arun cabinet meeting as mayor of Littlehampton Town Council, then comes to the town meeting last Thursday claiming he was only speaking for himself.

Then councillor Nick Wiltshire, speaking at last we
ek's town council planning and transportation committee, tells us nothing has been decided, but in the same Gazette that his comments from that meeting were reported, he writes a letter opposing the Eco-Town.

We just wish people would wait until we have all the facts before they open their mouths.

Why is it that as soon as something is proposed, all the nimbys are straight out in force, before anything is known?
