JUST who are the Greencore Group going to sell all these houses to in the north Littlehampton area?
A short distance away at Kings Acres we have a builder who is obviously struggling to sell their newly-built properties, having come up with the idea to leaflet the residents in the vicinity, offering to buy our homes and other incentives in the hope
we will take the bait,

There, houses are on offer at just under £270,000, while ours are in the region of £160,000. Where is the logic? No wonder so much of the country is in debt.

Gloucester Place,
Littlehampton

Yes! Build more Housing, both affordable and social.

When more homes are built, then house prices will fall, then more people will have the opportunity to buy them. It will aid the rebalancing of the current greed society, moreso in Arun District.
