THE proposed World's Longest Bench would not bring people into Littlehampton.
A few more students of architecture may visit the seafront and make use of the new East Beach Café, but how will this help the town centre?

The £1m, if available, should be spent on the town centre, with a good, wide pedestrian link with mature tr
ees to Pier Road.

Maybe our town councillors could suggest a central feature that would be in keeping with the future image of our town?

In the short term, free parking would encourage shoppers to the town centre.

Irvine Road,

Yet again a clear example of ill thought out priorities by narrow-minded visions of town councillors, whom prefer to seek media airing and most certainly ignore issues affecting standards of living.

Well done, guys and dolls. Gosh! New blood would be like a breath of fresh air, would it not?

Why not spend 1 Million towards decent shopping area, instead of Littlehamptons endless amount of charity shop, not to mention sainsbury and tesco, what about asda, morrison and such like?? Maybe even M&S, BHS, and so on.

Get rid of the wringles in Arun District, replce with some young blood who hold far greater visions, now that would be a good start...
