We had Hi-Lite renovate a flat for us.  We live in the U.S., so we did all of our corresponding via email, photographs and drawings.

We found Wayne to be easy to deal with, thoughtful, helpful, and trustworthy.  He incorporated our ideas into his plans even if he had originally planned on something different.  He made suggestions, but left the final decisions up to us.

He seemed to be reasonably priced and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others, or to use him again, should the occasion arise.

As a landlord, I use Hi-Lite frequently for works on my rental properties. They attend and provide quotes very quickly and carry out all aspects of decorating and maintenance in a speedy timescale, which is essential for me.
