A warning has been issued by the police about possible thefts from gaming machines in the Bognor Regis area.
The past couple of weeks have seen a man obtain a large quantity of money from playing the machines in The Lion in Pagham.
It is believed that he is using a key or similar device to help himself to the money. He has been described as around 40 yea
rs old, white, 6ft 2in tall, medium build, with close-cut dark hair and casually dressed in jeans and a t-shirt.
His visits to the premises have been on Tuesday lunchtimes so far. Anyone who sees this man acting suspiciously around the gaming machines should contact the police on 0845 60 70 999.
