A DEAD body was found in Northgate on Monday morning.
A passer by stumbled upon the grisly find just before 11am this morning off Northgate Avenue.

Police said the body was of a man in his 50s, and have named him as John Kiely, 52, from Brighton.

A spokesman said they are not treating the death as suspicious.
