Hospital rally in Queens Square - updated

CAMPAIGNERS calling for a new hospital for Crawley and Horsham held rallies in both towns this weekend.
More than 60 people attended the event in Queens Square on Saturday afternoon.

It was organized by a Conservative/ Liberal Democrat coalition and speakers include the leader of West Sussex County Council, Henry Smith.

Maverick campaigner and leader of the one man Justice Party, Arshad Khan, caused a minor upset when he interupted the event to campaign about the number of deaths in Iraq.

Earlier an event was held at Horsham's Forum.
