Car hits telegraph pole

A MAN was injured when his car collided with a telegraph pole on the A264 near Crawley.

The incident took place just after 8.30am on Tuesday and the man was not trapped in his car.

Three appliances from Crawley attended the accident and made the scene safe.

South East Coast Ambulance Service took the injured man to East Surrey Hospital.
