Teen injured after smash

A TEENAGE girl was taken to hospital on Thursday evening after an accuident in Pease Pottage.
The accident happened at 7:12pm at the junction between Grouse Road and Forest Road, close to Cottesmore School.

It's thought the girl, who is said to be 16-years-old, was travelling as a passenger in one of the vehicles when the collision happened.

The girl was taken to East Surrey Hospital suffering neck and back pain.

A spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said: "We were called to an RTC at the junction between Grouse Road and Forest Road at 7:12pm.

"A 16-year-old girl was taken to East Surrey Hospital suffering from neck and back injuries. She was a passenger in one of the vehicles."
