A WORTHING member of West Sussex County Council's cabinet has been replaced just three months after his appointment following a complaint by a member of staff and a subsequent ruling that he breached an official code of conduct.
Cllr Clive Roberts, who represents the Worthing Pier division, was appointed cabinet member for strategic planning and transport in April.

A sub committee found that he had 'failed to comply with a code of conduct in that he was guilty of failing to treat the complainant with respect and behaving, on an official occasion, in a way that brought his office into disrepute.'
