OVERHEAD power lines are to be removed from the Downs at Clapham between Worthing and Arundel.
They will be replaced with underground electricity cables.

The work is part of an £870,000 scheme being undertaken by EDF Energy, which has been given the go-ahead by a regional steering group of environment experts.
