Ellie and Mia help gym team retain International Cup

The PSG team celebrate winning the International Cup

YOUNG gymnasts from West Sussex were involved as Portsmouth School of Gymnastics’ youth TeamGym section followed the senior and junior girls’ success in the European Championships by successfully defending the International Cup title they won in 2013.

Chichester-based Mia Brown, ten, and Felpham’s Ellie Pacey, 12, play important roles in the team and feature in the majority of the trampette and tumble runs.

After a change in coaching staff, the decision not to enter the British Championships in order to focus on retaining the International Cup seems vindicated.
